Maintenance and Servicing
We currently employ 5 full time, factory trained, regionally based service technicians located in Warrington, Watford, Stamford and Stone with plans to increase this to 6 later this year. Having regionally based service technicians reduces the travel times and costs to our customers. We do not make additional charges to our customers for mileage or accommodation. Our technicians carry a stock of parts in their vehicles in order to achieve a ‘first time fix’ in the majority of cases. Our service response times give us a "worst case" of service engineer visiting within 24 hours, and we always aim to have someone with you the same day as a problem is reported.
Service Contracts
We offer service contracts for our equipment which are ‘tailor made’ according to the needs of our customer. The frequency is adapted according to machine use, machine availability and the customer’s own engineering support.
Our service contracts also come with the following additional benefits:
- 24/7 emergency spare parts for immediate courier despatch.
- 24/7 technical helpdesk support.
- 5% discount on all spare parts.
- 5% discount on technician’s visits.
- Priority status for breakdown call-outs.
Status reports on the machine after every visit.
