Mondini tooling relies solely on the physical dimensions of the four main components, which are not subject to wear.

Blade replacement

Quick release allows an immediate removal of the bottom plate. No springs or extra components need to be removed to access the whole group of blades.

It really is as easy as it looks!

The few components reduce the risk of "bug traps" and makes cleaning easy and effective.

The heater plate configuration allows the tray sealer to be hosed down at the end of production with no risk of electrical problems.
